Delivery and return policy

Pre-order:
Pre-order items ship within 3 weeks of order placement. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Regular Orders:
Our team will process your order within 3 business days. Shipping takes 7-10 business days, though we always aim to deliver sooner.

Returns:
We hope you do love it, but if you need to make a return, breathe easy. 

Returns are always free and can be done if:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Product received is incorrect
- Item does not match the description
